Ministry Needs:

We will need a basket or container of “penny candy” to give away as rewards for the children. The candy should be the kind kids want! You may have “quiet seat” prizes or contest give a ways; you and your staff can do this at the end of the service.

Depending on the lesson for that night, you may need to purchase some inexpensive items for us that can be bought at your local grocery store. We will let you know if they are needed.

We will have the children’s attention from start to finish, however and adequate number of helpers to monitor the children and take care of any needs that may arise will be helpful, One adult for every 20 children.

Honorarium:

We have chosen not to set a fee for our ministry, but to work on an honorarium basis. We realize children can’t fund a week of meetings and pay the expenses of our team. We ask that the church agree on an amount and any offerings that may come in will help supplement the offering. Please keep in mind we are an itinerant Children’s ministry and have a $3000 monthly budget and many expenses throughout the year. Customarily $500 per day and $750 for the first day allows our ministry’s needs to be met. The check should be made to Hamp International Ministries.

Lodging:

When traveling full time, a nice hotel is greatly appreciated! A nonsmoking room with two double beds works well.

Food:

Meals or reimbursement for food for myself and staff members should be provided. Reimbursement checks for expenses can be made to H.I.M.
